The Staff

The support staff at SWI is here exclusively for the Account Manager support. Their job
is to make sure that the Account Managers utilize as much of their time as possible
prospecting for new customers.

SWI’s staff consists of the following;

SWI's General Manager is responsible for all records and financial transactions.
Verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts
in journals and Quick Books from SWI’s Sales Log for commission purposes. Compiles
reports to show statistics, such as Rep Points attributed to sales, accounts payable and
receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to the operation of SWI. Calculates
employee wages from time cards and Sales Log for compensation purposes, prepare
checks for payment of wages. Prepare withholding, Social Security, and other tax
reports.

SWI’s
Order Entry Manager processes all of the Win-Back orders through an
Online Order Entry tool hosted by AT&T. SWI’s order entry process has been
streamlined and managed so that the Account Managers can focus on prospecting for
new business. This position is keys to SWI’s consistent and correct documentation so
that customers expectations are met and all ordered products are accounted for. The OE
Manager maintains the Win-Back and New Services sales log that is reported to
accounting for commission purposes.

SWI’s
Customer Service Manager handles the bulk of all customer service issues,
so that the Account Managers can use their time prospecting. The Customer Service
Manager is also responsible for all new DSL-internet - orders and DSL-internet- upgrade
orders through AT&T’s online order tool. Customer Service Manager maintains a detailed
lead distribution program that insures that all Account Managers have a sufficient
amount of leads provided by AT&T. Daily dispositions from the leads are recorded by the
Account Managers and reported to AT&T. Customer Service Manager integrates SWI’s
entire Sales Log which reports all sales to accounting for commission purposes.

SWI’s
Sales Manager is responsible for day to day sales, meetings, processes,
training, coaching,mentoring and supervising Reps. The Sales Manager has a top
priority of supplying all of the SWI Account Managers the tools and resources to be
successful. The Sales Manager conducts evaluations, reports sales activity to the owner,
develops training classes and enforces the company code of conduct.

SWI's
Administrative Assistant answers calls from all of our customer, no voice
mail or auto-attendant to frustrate customers. The administrative assistant is also
responsible
for our Human Resources and Benefits administration. The administrative assistant
supports the sales staff by distributing inbound faxes from the eFax Server. Our
administrative assistant works with the Sales Manager & the Order Entry Manager in
updating the
Reps daily sales activities report, this report tallies all products and services and is
reported to AT&T on a weekly basis.
