SWI is in a very unique and opportunistic position with the recent acquisition of
AT&T by SBC. We have at our disposal a vast amount of resources that will in
affect, contribute to our growth in technical knowledge and geographic expansion.
SWI currently focuses on the traditional 5 state territory of SBC Southwest which
encompasses Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas & Texas with the majority of
our business coming from Texas. Since the merger SWI can now expand into the
Midwest states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Minnesota. On
the west coast SWI can now call on business customers in California and Nevada
and Connecticut on the east coast. However the most recently announced merger
will present SWI with a much larger opportunity, BellSouth has now accepted
AT&T’s offer to purchase their entire network in the Southeast. The states
included in the BellSouth footprint are Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi,
Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Kentucky.

All in all the recent acquisition by SBC amount to the nation’s largest provider of
local and long distance service (70 million local access lines in service, 55 million
long distance lines), Owns 100% of Cingular Wireless, the nation’s leading provider
of wireless voice and data services (53 million customers). VOIP Interoperability
agreements with the world’s five leading IP-PBX vendors. IP & IP VPN SERVICES
Declared VPN industry leader by three top analyst firms. Broadband DSL – 10
million lines in service. Access to more than 18,000 Wi-Fi hot spots in 42 countries.
Nation's largest digital voice and data network and largest global presence in more
than 170 countries.

As one of the top Solution Providers for the New AT&T, SWI is very well
positioned to continue growth in the Win-Back, Data and VOIP arenas. SWI intends
to gradually enter other geographic areas with a sound business strategy that
will insure steady and consistent production. SWI plans on promoting from within
employees that will eventually lead and manage these new divisions. SWI goals for
growth to maintain a very high level of customer service, acquire technical
knowledge from AT&T’s vast training resources and apply that knowledge with
application driven sales models that our customers appreciate. SWI will accomplish
